The Bullet Project will build a rocket powered vehicle capable of achieving a staggering 1609kph, [1000mph] on the surface of the earth to mount an outright world land speed record challenge. Through this challenge we will embrace a passion to explore and breakthrough boundaries with enthusiastic enquiry and competition as we seek to encourage the values of “achievement, innovation and excellence in young Australians! The Bullet Project challenge attempt will be a celebration of innovative science, engineering, mathematics and educational exploration to plant the seeds of inspiration toward achievement in Australia’s collective psyche. It will be a milestone in the sands of time and world wide historical record of Human achievement!

The Bullet Project WLSR challenge is designed to provide an exciting highly public and visible effort to go where no human being has ever gone before! Through this challenge our parallel goal is to positively example the excitement of cutting edge careers in science, engineering and technology. It is through The Bullet Project that we plan to create opportunities to provide engagement and concerted stimulus to students in project related disciplines to generate innovative thinking in Australians whilst providing inspiration to the Country, aerospace and related project industries. As The Bullet Project evolves, we will see numerous opportunities to assist universities, TAFE, secondary collages and primary schools alike. Subjects to benefit include science, technology, engineering, mathematics, media, IT, design, and many more areas of enquiry that can be used to stimulate interest and debate to educate Australian’s of tomorrow. The inevitable goal of The Bullet Project is to claim the outright world land speed record! In so doing ‘placing a beacon on the horizon for all of Australia to aim for.
